The NCC has published two Competitiveness Bulletins.

The first Bulletin considers the need to continue to process of reforming the legal services profession in Ireland. In particular, the Bulletin focuses on a range of structural and procedural reforms to enhance cost competitiveness.

The second Bulletin examines a range of issues relating to the cost competitiveness of commercial insurance in Ireland.
